आदि योगी की प्रतिमा कोयंबटूर के ईशा योग केंद्र की एक लोकप्रिय प्रतिमा की प्रतिकृति है। यह प्रतिमा बैंगलोर से 60 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित चिक्कबल्लापुर जिले का नंदी हिल्स पर स्थापित है। यह प्रतिमा 112 फीट ऊंची है। यह ईशा फाउंडेशन की ओर से खोला गया दूसरा केंद्र है। तकरीबन 100 एकड़ में फैली यह फाउंडेशन प्रकृति की गोद में बसी हुई बेहद खूबसूरत लग रही है। यहाँ पहुँच कर मानो मन के सारे द्वंद शांत हो गए। हमलोग लगभग यहाँ 3 बजे पहुँचे थे, इस समय पर यहाँ बहुत ज्यादा भीड़ भी नहीं थी।

आदि योगी की प्रतिमा तो पूर्ण रूप से तैयार हो चुकी है, जिसका अनावरण 15 जनवरी 2023 को शाम 06:00 बजे मकर संक्रांति के दिन हुआ था। पर अभी भी यहाँ निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है। आस पास के परिसर को विभिन्न प्रकार के फूल वाले पौधों से सजाने के लिए पौधों का रोपण किया गया है।

आखिर प्रतिमा की ऊंचाई 112 फीट ही क्यूँ है ?

15,000 साल पहले, सभी धर्मों से पहले आदियोगी, पहले योगी ने योग के विज्ञान को अपने सात शिष्यों, सप्तऋषियों तक पहुँचाया। उन्होंने 112 तरीके बताए जिनके माध्यम से मनुष्य अपनी सीमाओं को पार कर सकता है और अपनी अंतिम क्षमता तक पहुंच सकता है। आदियोगी की पेशकश व्यक्तिगत परिवर्तन के लिए उपकरण हैं, क्योंकि व्यक्तिगत परिवर्तन ही दुनिया को बदलने का एकमात्र तरीका है। उनका मूल संदेश यह है कि मानव कल्याण और मुक्ति के लिए "अंदर ही एकमात्र रास्ता है"।

15 जनवरी 2023 को, कर्नाटक के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा "आदियोगी - योग के स्रोत" के प्रतिष्ठित चेहरे का अनावरण किया गया था। आदियोगी 112 फीट ऊंचे हैं, जो उन 112 तरीकों का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं, जो उन्होंने कल्याण प्राप्त करने और अपनी परम प्रकृति का एहसास करने के लिए पेश किए थे। आदियोगी की इस दूसरी प्रतिमा की ऊंचाई भी 112 फीट ही है।

8 महीनों में तैयार की गई इस प्रतिमा का वजन 500 टन के आसपास है, जिसे स्टील और विभिन्न धातुओं से मिलाकर बनाया गया है। यहां एक नंदी प्रतिमा भी है, जो काफी बड़ी है। इसका वजन 20 टन के आसपास है। इस प्रतिमा का उद्घाटन कर्नाटक के सीएम बसवराज बोम्मई ने मकर संक्रांति पर, 2023 में किया था और उन्होंने इस प्रतिमा को राज्य में लाने के लिए ईशा फाउंडेशन के प्रमुख जग्गी वासुदेव, जिन्हें सद्गुरु के नाम से जाना जाता है, को भी धन्यवाद दिया।

जैसा कि आप सभी जानते होंगे आदियोगी, विश्व के सबसे ऊंचे भगवान शिव की प्रतिमाओं में से एक है, जो तमिलनाडु के कोयम्बटूर में स्थित है। इसी की जबरदस्त लोकप्रियता को देखते हुए ईशा योग फाउंडेशन के प्रमुख श्री जग्गी वासुदेव ने नंदी हिल्स के पास अपना यह केंद्र खोलने का निर्णय लिया था। इसका अद्भुत नजारा देखने के लिए हजारों-लाखों पर्यटक जाते हैं। इस प्रतिमा को देखने के बाद मानिए ऐसा लगता है जैसे स्वयं भगवान शिव ध्यान अवस्था में विराजित हों।

The statue of Adi Yogi is a replica of a popular statue at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore. This statue is installed on the Nandi Hills of Chikkaballapur district, located at a distance of 60 kilometers from Bangalore. This statue is 112 feet high. This is the second center opened by Isha Foundation. Spread over approximately 100 acres, this foundation looks very beautiful nestled in the lap of nature. The statue of Adi Yogi is completely ready, which was unveiled on 15 January 2023 at 06:00 pm on the day of Makar Sankranti. But construction work is still going on here. Plants have been planted to decorate the surrounding area with various types of flowering plants.

15,000 years ago, Adiyogi, the first yogi of all religions, transmitted the science of yoga to his seven disciples, the Saptarishis. He enumerated 112 ways through which humans can overcome their limitations and reach their ultimate potential. Adiyogi's offerings are tools for personal transformation, because personal transformation is the only way to change the world. His core message is that "the only way is within" to human well-being and liberation.

On 15 January 2023, the iconic face of “Adiyogi – The Source of Yoga” was unveiled by the Honorable Chief Minister of Karnataka. Adiyogi is 112 feet tall, representing the 112 methods he introduced to attain well-being and realize one's ultimate nature. The height of this second statue of Adiyogi is also 112 feet.

Completed in 8 months, this statue weighs around 500 tonnes, which is made by mixing steel and various metals. There is also a Nandi statue here, which is quite big. Its weight is around 20 tonnes. The statue was inaugurated by Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai on Makar Sankranti, 2023, and he also thanked Isha Foundation chief Jaggi Vasudev, popularly known as Sadhguru, for bringing the statue to the state.

As you all know, Adiyogi is one of the tallest statues of Lord Shiva in the world, which is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Seeing its tremendous popularity, the head of Isha Yoga Foundation, Mr. Jaggi Vasudev had decided to open this center near Nandi Hills. Thousands and lakhs of tourists go to see its amazing view.
