एक समय की बात हैं, एक व्यक्ति जो बेहद आलसी होने के साथ ही साथ गरीब भी था। वह बिल्कुल भी मेहनत नहीं करना चाहता था। लेकिन अमीर बनने का सपना देखता रहता था। वह भिक्षा मांगकर अपना गुजारा करता था।

एक सुबह उसे भिक्षा के रूप में दूध से भरा एक घड़ा मिला। वह बहुत प्रसन्न हुआ और दूध का घड़ा लेकर घर चला गया।

उसने दूध को उबाला, उसमें से कुछ दूध पिया और बचा हुआ दूध, एक बर्तन में डाल दिया। दूध को दही में बदलने के लिए उसने बर्तन में थोड़ा सा दही डाला। इसके बाद वह सोने के लिए लेट गया। वह सोते समय दही के बर्तन के बारे में सोचने लगा।

उसने सोचा - "सुबह तक दूध दही बन जायेगा। मैं दही को मथकर उससे मक्खन बना लूंगा। फिर मक्खन को गर्म करके उससे घी बना लूंगा। फिर घी को बाजार में जाकर उसे बेच दूँगा और कुछ पैसे कमा लूंगा। उस पैसे से मैं एक मुर्गी खरीदूंगा। मुर्गी अंडे देगी, उन अंडो से बहुत सारे मुर्गे मुर्गी पैदा होंगे। फिर ये मुर्गियां सैकड़ों अंडे देगी और मेरे पास जल्द ही एक पोल्ट्री फार्म होगा।" वह कल्पना में डूबा रहा।

फिर उसने सोचा - "मैं सारी मुर्गियां बेच दूंगा और फिर कुछ गाय भैंस खरीद लूंगा और दूध की डेयरी खोल दूंगा। शहर के सभी लोग मुझसे दूध खरीदने आएंगे और मैं बहुत जल्दी ही अमीर हो जाऊंगा। फिर में अमीर परिवार की खूबसूरत लड़की से शादी कर कर लूंगा। फिर मेरा एक सुंदर सा बेटा होगा। अगर वह कोई शरारत करेगा तो मुझे बहुत गुस्सा आएगा और उसे सबक सिखाने के लिए मैं उसे डंडे से ऐसे मारूंगा।"

यह सोचने के दौरान उसने बिस्तर के बगल में पड़ा डंडा उठाया और मारने का नाटक करने लगा। यही डंडा उसके दूध के बर्तन में लग गया और दूध का बर्तन टूट गया, इससे सारा दूध जमीन पर फैल गया। बर्तन की आवाज सुनकर उस आदमी की नींद उड़ गई। फैला हुआ दूध देखकर उसने अपना सिर पकड़ लिया।

शिक्षा:

सपने देखो, सपने देखना अच्छा है, लेकिन सिर्फ सपने देखने से कुछ नहीं होगा। सपनों को पूरा करने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत करनी होगी। कुछ भी जिंदगी में आसानी से नहीं मिलता हैं। हमारी जिंदगी को बेहतरीन बनाने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत करनी होगी। क्योंकि कड़ी मेहनत का कोई विकल्प नहीं है।

Once upon a time, there was a man who was extremely lazy as well as poor. He didn't want to work hard at all. But he used to dream of becoming rich. He used to live by begging.

One morning he received a pitcher full of milk as alms. He was very happy and went home with a pitcher of milk.

He boiled the milk, drank some of it and poured the rest of the milk into a vessel. To convert the milk into curd, he put a little curd in the vessel. After that he lay down to sleep. He started thinking about the pot of curd while sleeping.

He thought - "By morning the milk will turn into curd. I will churn the curd and make butter out of it. Then I will heat the butter and make ghee out of it. Then I will sell the ghee in the market and earn some money. With that money I will make a Will buy a chicken. The chicken will lay eggs, many chickens will be born from those eggs. Then these chickens will lay hundreds of eggs and I will soon have a poultry farm." He was engrossed in imagination.

Then he thought - "I will sell all the chickens and then buy some cows and buffaloes and open a milk dairy. All the people of the city will come to buy milk from me and I will become rich very soon. Then I will marry a beautiful girl from a rich family. I will do it. Then I will have a handsome son. If he does any mischief, I will be very angry and will beat him with a stick like this to teach him a lesson."

While thinking this he picked up the stick lying beside the bed and pretended to hit. This stick hit his milk pot and the milk pot broke, due to which all the milk spread on the ground. Hearing the sound of the utensil, the man lost his sleep. Seeing the spilled milk, he held his head.

Education:

Dream, it is good to dream, but nothing will come of just dreaming. One has to work hard to fulfill dreams. Nothing comes easily in life. We have to work hard to make our life the best. Because there is no substitute for hard work.
