Sleeping in the right direction is essential for good health along with better catering and the right routine. Instructions on the correct direction of sleeping are given in the scriptures. Sleeping incorrectly leads to loss of health and these things have also been proved scientifically. Today, we will see here which directions give health benefits and in which directions do you sleep with head loss.
* Head should be in the direction of the sun while resting.
* Those who do not sleep should first lie on the right side. If the lunar pulse is active then sleep will be very good.
* The force of gravity acts between the Earth and the body. Both the Earth's North Pole and Earth's South Pole are the most intense for the force of gravity. The north of the body is the head and the south foot. That is, the repulsion force will work when the head is in the north direction, which will cause contraction in the body. This will also cause pressure in the blood. Because of which sleep will not come properly. The heart rate will also be faster. On reversing the same, ie the head in the south and the feet in the north, the power of attraction will work and pull your body due to which the body will get rest and sleep will be good. Doing so provides benefits in most mental diseases.
* The east direction is neutral, where neither the attraction force works nor the repulsion force works, and even if it is, it is in balanced state. No clear information is yet available on the west direction for gold. All people except the householder should head towards the east and sleep. And all the householders should head south and sleep.
* Children whose length is not increasing according to their age, such children should head towards south and put them to sleep. Length will be normal in 4-5 years.
* Those who do manual labor should sleep at least 8 hours, those who do not do manual labor, they should sleep from 6:00 to 6:30 hours.
* It is best to sleep on the back. It is best to lie down on the left side to lie down after lunch.
* Should sleep only after 2 hours of evening meal and in this 2 hours the food is digested. Supper is not meant to digest food. So one should sleep on the right side first at night.
* At bedtime, neither the conductive position between the ground and the body should be high nor the illiquid position is high.
* Sleeping on maximum ground is best for the body. The laying should be thin. Sleeping on the ground, sitting on the ground, standing on the ground and dying on the ground is considered very important in the scriptures.

को छोड़ कर सभी लोग सो सकते है। दक्षिण की
तरफ आकर्षण होने के कारण शरीर मे खिंचाव
होगी और उत्तर दिशा में प्रतिकर्षण के कारण
दबाव होगी जिससे शरीर मे सिकुड़न होगी।

पर लेटना और अंततोगत्वा उसी जमीन में
मिल जाना यही तो जिंदगी है।
