 वायरल बुखार

किसी भी वायरस की वजह से होने वाला बुखार वायरल होता है। वायरल बुखार बदलते मौसम के दिनों में ज्यादा होता है। बदलते मौसम में तापमान के उतार चढ़ाव के कारण हमारे शरीर का प्रतिरक्षा तंत्र कमजोर पड़ जाता है, जिससे शरीर जल्दी वायरस के संक्रमण में आ जाता है। वायरल बुखार का 3 से 7 दिन का समय होता है और भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों और कमजोर व्यक्तियों में तेजी से फैलता है

 वायरल बुखार होने का कारण (Causes of Viral Fever):-

#  यह आंखों के द्वारा ना दिखाई देने वाले विषाणु से फैलता है, जो इसके अनुकूल मौसम मिलते ही किसी भी उम्र के व्यक्ति में फैल सकता है

#  आसपास की व्यक्तिगत सफाई ना रखने से भी यह वायरल फैलता है

#  दूषित जल एवं भोजन के सेवन से 

#  रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता की कमी से 

#  वायरल बुखार से ग्रसित व्यक्ति के साथ रहने से 

वायरल बुखार होने के लक्षण (Symptoms of Viral Fever):-

#  बुखार 101 से 104 डिग्री तक होता है, जो अचानक बढ़ जाता है

#  बुखार से पहले छींक आना, बलगम, नाक बहना, सिर दर्द, कमजोरी आदि लक्षण होते हैं

#  रोगी को कुछ भी काम करने की इच्छा नहीं होती है, बेचैनी व सुस्ती रहती है

#  बुखार के बाद में शरीर में अत्यधिक कमजोरी आ जाती है

#  कभी कभी आँखों में लाली होती है और उल्टी दस्त भी होते हैं 

वायरल बुखार होने पर घरेलू उपचार (Home Remedies for Viral Fever ):-

#  हरसिंगार के पांच पत्ते पत्थर पर पीसकर पानी में उबालकर पीएं, बुखार ठीक हो जाएगा। जो बुखार किसी दवा से ठीक नहीं होता है वह इससे ठीक हो जाता है।

#  10 पत्ते तुलसी के और 3-4 काली मिर्च पत्थर पर पीसकर चटनी बना लें और एक गिलास पानी में उबालकर पी ले बुखार ठीक हो जाएगा

#  नीम पर चढ़ी गिलोय को कुचलकर पानी में उबाल लें और वही पानी पी लें तो खराब से खराब बुखार भी ठीक हो जाएगा। बुखार बहुत अधिक होने से प्लेटलेट्स खून में कम होने लगते हैं, गिलोय उसमें सबसे ज्यादा काम आती है 

#  10-15 तुलसी के पत्ते, 10-15 नीम के पत्ते पत्थर पर कूटकर चटनी बना लें और एक गिलास पानी में उबालें,  आधा होने तक उबालकर पी ले बुखार ठीक हो जाएगा

#  अदरख के पेस्ट में थोड़ा शहद मिलाकर थोड़ी थोड़ी देर में लेने से बुखार से होने वाले दर्द में आराम मिलता है 

#  वायरल बुखार में दालचीनी प्राकृतिक एंटीबायोटिक का काम करता है। दालचीनी एवं इलाइची का काढ़ा पीने से खांसी जुकाम गले के दर्द में आराम मिलता है 

#  5 - 7  तुलसी के पत्ते और एक छोटी चम्मच लौंग का पाउडर 1 लीटर पानी में उबालकर रख लें। हर दो घंटे के अंतराल पर आधा कप लेने से आराम मिलेगा

Viral fever

 The fever caused by any virus is viral.  Viral fever occurs more during the changing season days.  Our body's immune system is weakened due to temperature fluctuations in the changing season, due to which the body quickly gets into virus infection.  Viral fever takes 3 to 7 days and spreads quickly in congested areas and vulnerable individuals.

  Causes of Viral Fever: -

 # It spreads by a virus not seen by the eye, which can spread to any person of any age as soon as it gets favorable weather.

 # It also spreads viral by not keeping personal cleanliness around

 # By consuming contaminated water and food

 #Lack of immunity

 # Living with a person with viral fever

 Symptoms of Viral Fever: -

 # Fever is 101 to 104 degrees, which suddenly increases.

 # Sneezing, mucus, runny nose, headache, weakness etc. are symptoms before fever

 # The patient does not wish to do anything, restlessness and lethargy

 # After fever, excessive weakness occurs in the body

 # Sometimes there is redness in the eyes and vomiting diarrhea also.

 Home Remedies for Viral Fever: -

 # Grind five leaves of Harsingar on a stone and boil it in water and drink, the fever will be cured.  A fever which is not cured by any medicine is cured by it.

 Grind 10 leaves of basil and 3-4 black peppers on a stone and make a sauce and drink it after boiling in a glass of water and the fever will be cured.

 # Boil Giloy by climbing on neem and boil it in water and drink the same water, then even the worst fever will be cured.  Platelets are reduced in the blood due to high fever, Giloy is the most useful in it.

 # 10-15 basil leaves, 10-15 neem leaves, make a sauce by grinding it on a stone and boil in a glass of water, boil it till half and fever will be cured.

 # Mix a little honey in ginger paste and take it after a while, it gives relief from pain caused by fever.

 # Cinnamon acts as a natural antibiotic in viral fever.  Taking cinnamon and cardamom decoction relieves cough cold sore throat

 # 5 - 7 Boil basil leaves and one teaspoon clove powder in 1 liter of water.  Taking half a cup every two hours will provide relief
