ज्वालामुखी के ऊपर विराजे हैं गणपति, 700 साल पुराना है इतिहास

देशभर में गणपति की धूम है, गणपति के सभी मंदिरों को सुंदर से सजा दिया गया है और जगह-जगह पंडालों में भी गणपति की स्थापना कर उनकी पूजा की जाती है। जहां एक ओर अलग-अलग पंडालों में गणेश मूर्ति की स्थापना कर पूजा का महत्व है, वही मंदिरों में विराजे गणपति का दर्शन करने की मान्यता अपनी जगह है। पर क्या आप जानते हैं कि भारत ही नहीं बल्कि इंडोनेशिया में भी कई गणेश मंदिर हैं और इंडोनेशिया के एक ज्वालामुखी के मुहाने पर विराजे गणेश 700 सालों से वहीं मौजूद हैं?

इंडोनेशिया के एक्टिव ज्वालामुखी माउंट ब्रोमो पर विराजे गणेश की एक मूर्ति है। वैसे तो वहां की लोककथा है, लेकिन स्थानीय लोगों का मानना है कि यह मूर्ति 700 सालों से वहां है।

इंडोनेशिया के 141 ज्वालामुखी में से 130 अभी भी एक्टिव है और उन्हीं में से एक है माउंट ब्रोमो यह पूर्वी जावा प्रांत के Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park में स्थित है।

जावा की जैवनीज भाषा में ब्रह्मा को ब्रोमो कहते हैं। यूं तो माउंट ब्रोमो पर साल भर गणपति की पूजा होती है, मुख्य आयोजन जुलाई में 15 दिन तक चलता है। जावा प्रांत में  Tenggerese लोग रहते हैं। यह मानते हैं कि इन्हीं के पूर्वजों ने यह मूर्ति स्थापित की थी । 500 साल से ज्यादा पुरानी परंपरा 'याद्नया कासडा' कहलाती है, जो कभी रुकी नहीं। चाहे ज्वालामुखी में भीषण विस्फोट ही क्यों ना हो रहें हों। 2016 में ज्वालामुखी में विस्फोट हो रहे थे, तब भी सरकार ने सिर्फ 15 पुजारियों को अनुमति दी थी, पर हजारों की संख्या में लोग वहां पहुंच गए थे। लोगों का मानना है कि गणपति की पूजा नहीं होने से कोई अनिष्ट हो जाएगा।

ऊपर मौजूद गणेश की मूर्ति में पूजन के साथ साथ फल, फूल आदि और प्रसाद के तौर पर बकरियों की बलि भी चढ़ाई जाती है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि अगर यह नहीं किया गया, तो ज्वालामुखी का प्रकोप यहां के लोगों को भस्म कर देगा। यहां चढ़ाई से पहले ब्रह्मा का मंदिर मिलता है। ज्वालामुखी के नीचे इस मंदिर के अंदर जाएंगे तो भगवान गणेश ही आपका स्वागत करेंगे। इस मंदिर को Pura Luhur Poten कहा जाता है।

जो भी मूर्तियां इस जगह पर हैं, चाहे वह ज्वालामुखी की चढ़ाई से ऊपर हो या फिर ज्वालामुखी के मुहाने पर रखी गणेश की मूर्ति। यह सब यही के पत्थरों से बनी हुई हैं। यह मूर्तियां ज्वालामुखी विस्फोट के बाद भी वैसी की वैसी ही हैं। इसे कोई आम टूरिस्ट डेस्टिनेशन समझना सही नहीं होगा।

इंडोनेशिया में गणपति की इतनी मान्यता है कि 20000 के नोट पर भी गणपति की तस्वीर है।

These idols are the same even after the volcanic eruption. It would not be right to consider it a common tourist destination.
