चाय के शौकीनों के लिए कुल्हड़ में चाय पीना कोई खास बात नही है, पर क्या आपने कभी कुल्हड़ को खाया भी है? है न चौंकाने वाली खबर!!! जी हां ऐसा ही कुछ नजारा देखने को मिला प्रयागराज के किसान मेला में। प्रयागराज के पटेल सेवा संस्थान में 9 दिवसीय किसान मेला चल रहा है। इस किसान मेले में किसानों से संबंधित हर दुकानों की स्टाल लगी है। उन्हीं स्टालों में कुल्हड़ वाली चाय की दुकान लोगों को अपनी ओर खींच रही है। 

एक तो स्वादिष्ट चाय दूसरे कुल्हड़ खाने की सुविधा, मेले में आने वाले लोगों के लिए उपलब्ध है। उत्तर प्रदेश के देवरिया से आई महिला समूह की महिलाओं ने इस किसान मेले में "चाय पियो कुल्लड़ खाओ" की स्टाल खोली है,जिसमें ऑर्गेनिक चाय के साथ खास तरीके के बने चॉकलेटी स्वाद के कुल्हड़ में ग्राहकों को चाय दिया जा रहा है। चाय तो लोगों को खूब पसंद आ रही है, वहीं इसके कुल्लड़ का स्वाद भी लोगों को खूब भा रहा है।

कुल्हड़ की ये है खासियत

"चाय पियो कुल्हड़ खाओ" सुनने में बड़ा अजीब सा लग रहा है, पर ये अब बात सच है क्योंकि अब एक ऐसा कुल्लड़ बनाया गया है, जिसमें हम चाय का आनंद ले सकेंगे साथ ही चॉकलेट की तरह उस कुल्हड़ को भी खा सकेंगे, जिससे कि अब इस बात की भी फिक्र नहीं होगी कि चाय बेचने वाले और चाय पीने वाले दोनों लोग कुल्हड़ कहां फेकेने और गंदगी नहीं होने के साथ किसी प्रकार का कोई प्रकृति को नुकसान नहीं पहुंचेगा। दुकादार को ऑर्गेनिक चाय परोसने का ये फायदा है कि चाय की दुकान और आसपास गंदगी नहीं फैलेगी और स्वच्छता का भी ख्याल रखा जा सकेगा। यूँ कह लें कि स्वच्छता और सेहत का ख्याल रखते हुए इस कुल्लड़ को बनाया गया है। यह कुल्हड़ स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं द्वारा बनाया गया है, जिन्होंने इसे खेतों में उगाए गए मोटे अनाजों को मिलाकर बनाया है।

इसको बनाते समय मडवा, मक्का, राई जैसे अनाजों का प्रयोग किया गया है। साथ ही इसमें चॉकलेट फ्लेवर को भी मिलाया जाता है, जिससे इसका स्वाद और बढ़िया हो जाता है। फिलहाल यह कुल्हड़ अभी तो थोड़ा महंगा पड़ रहा है, लेकिन जैसे-जैसे मोटे अनाजों का उत्पादन किसान बढ़ाना शुरू करेंगे और यह कुल्हड़ चलन में आ जाएगा तो इसकी लागत कम हो जाएगी।

The tea shop with Kulhad in the same stalls is attracting people towards itself.

One, the facility of eating delicious tea and the other Kulhad, is available for the people coming to the fair. A women's group from Deoria, Uttar Pradesh has opened a stall "Chai Pyo Kullad Khao" in this Kisan Mela, in which tea is being served to the customers in specially made chocolate flavored kulhads made with organic tea. People are liking the tea very much, while the taste of its Kullad is also being liked by the people.

This is the specialty of the Kulhad

"Chai peo kulhad khao" sounds very strange to hear, but it is now true because now such a kulhad has been made, in which we will be able to enjoy tea as well as eat that kulhad like chocolate. That now there will be no worry about where both the tea seller and the tea drinker will throw the ax and there will be no pollution and no harm to nature. The advantage of serving organic tea to the shopkeeper is that dirt will not spread in and around the tea shop and cleanliness can also be taken care of. Just say that this Kullad has been made keeping in mind cleanliness and health. This kulhad is made by the women of the self-help group, who have made it by mixing coarse grains grown in the fields.

Grains like Madwa, Maize, Rye have been used while making this. Along with this, chocolate flavor is also added to it, which makes it taste even better. At present, this kulhad is getting a bit expensive, but as soon as the farmers start increasing the production of coarse grains and this kulhad comes into use, its cost will come down.
