नाने घाट जिसे नाना घाट के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि इस नगर की स्थापना सातवाहन वंश ने की है, क्योंकि नानेघाट की गुफा में ब्राह्मी और संस्कृत भाषा में अभिलेख लिखित हैं। इस अभिलेख में सातवाहन वंश के बारे में वर्णन है, और गिनती की संख्या भी लिखी गई है। यह वाटर फाॅल पुणे से लगभग 150 किलोमीटर और मुंबई से लगभग 120 किलोमीटर दूर है। यह महाराष्ट्र के समीप कोंकण तट और दक्षिणी पठार के बीच स्थित एक पर्वत माला है, जहां इस रिवर्स वॉटरफॉल का लुत्फ उठाया जा सकता है। नानेघाट या रिवर्स वाटर फाॅल जुन्नर डिस्ट्रिक्ट में स्थित है, जो अपने आप में एक ऐतिहासिक संपदा माना जाता है।
