क्या आप जानते है भारत मे कुछ स्थान ऐसे भी है जहाँ जाने के लिए "स्पेशल_परमिशन" लेने की आवश्यकता होती है जिसको "इनर लाइन परमिट" भी कहा जाता है ?

तो आइए आपको आज अपने ब्लॉग *रूपा ओस की एक बूंद* के माध्यम से साँझा करते है ऐसी ही जगहों (स्थान ) का नाम और क्या होती है "स्पेशल परमिशन (इनर लाइन परमिट)" 

अपना देश भारतबहुत ही अद्भुत है। इसके कदम कदम पर है रोचक जानकारीयाँ। अद्भत प्रतिमाएं, संस्कृति, संस्कार, रीत रिवाज। अगर कहा जाए तो विश्व पटल पर सबसे खूबसूरत देश भारत है। इसके जैसा विश्व में कुछ नहीं। इसी भारत देश में हैं कुछ जगहें (स्थान) जहाँ जाने के लिए जरूरी है "स्पेशल परमिशन"। बैसे तो ये परमिशन भारत के निवासियों के लिए जरूरी नहीं है ये मुख्यता विदेशी सैलानियों के लिए अनिवार्य है, जो विदेशों से आते हैं हमारे भारत के खूबसुरती को देखने। सकूँन की कुछ लम्हें जिंदगी में लुफ्त उठाने के लिए।

*इनर लाइन परमिट* स्पेशल परमिशन का मतलब होता है - "आधिकारिक यात्रा दस्तावेज" जो बाहर देशों से आने वाले यात्रियों के "संरक्षित क्षेत्र" जिनका वर्णन नीचे विस्तार से किया गया है, उन स्थानों के लिए एक नियत समय अवधि के लिए मान्य किया जाता है। मुख्यता आजकल भारत सरकार ये परमिशन सिर्फ कुछ जगहों के लिए देती है, जिनमे *नागालैंड* *मिजोरम* *अरुणाचल* प्रमुख है ।

*नागालैंड कोहिमा* 

कोहिमा पहाड़ो की चोटियों पर बसा हुआ एक खूबसूरत शहर है। बैसे ये नागालैंड की *राजधानी* भी है। इस शहर में अधिकांश नागा जनजाति के लोग रहते हैं। इनकी आदिवासियों वाली रंग बिरंगी जीवन शैली विदेशी पर्यटकों का मन मोह लेते हैं। इसलिए यहाँ अधिकांश विदेशी पर्यटकों का जमावड़ा देखने को मिलेगा। यहाँ कोहिमा के संरक्षित स्थानों पर घूमने के लिए *इनर लाइन परमिट* की आवश्यकता पड़ती है। यह विदेशी सैलानियों को जिले के *विदेशी पंजीकरण अधिकारी* से परमिशन लेना अनिवार्य है। उसके पश्चात ही सैलानी यहाँ 24 घण्टे के अंदर आराम से घूम सकते हैं।

अब बात करते है नागालैंड के एक और शहर *दीमापुर* की 

नागालैंड का सबसे बड़ा शहर दीमापुर है। यहाँ यात्रा करना विदेशी पर्यटकों के लिए सबसे दिलचस्प होता है। नागालैंड आ के यहाँ न आये तो बात बही हुई जैसे यार इंदौर आये और पोहा न खाया। धनसिरी के तट पर बसे इस शहर की यूरोप के लोग *ईट सिटी* के नाम से संबोधित करते हैं।

*तवांग* 

तवांग भारत के सबसे बड़े मठों में से एक है। यह 400 वर्ष पुराना मठ तवांग विदेशी पर्यटकों के पसंदीदा जगहों में सुमार है। यहाँ घुमने के लिए भी स्पेशल परमिशन की आवश्यकता होती है। तवांग लगभग 3048 मीटर की ऊँचाई पर स्थित है। यहाँ कई महत्वपूर्ण खूबसूरत मठ है। तवांग दलाई लामा के जन्म स्थान के रूप में भी बहुत प्रसिद्ध है।
