 In the year 2015, Polish architect Christoph Kotla, founder of 8+8 Concept Studio, proposed the construction of an underwater complex located offshore in the Persian Gulf between the Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah islands in the United Arab Emirates. The structure is of seven courts.

The project faces a lot of challenges in the form of large-scale engineering and the astronomical cost required for its completion. A scale issue is also a complex issue. The Tennis Arena will be a massive structure to build. Talking about the huge investment, even if the court is being built on land, but its cost is very high and the cost of making it in the sea is very high. It is a high cost construction, because once the marine environment is concerned, the problem of corrosion is the biggest challenge. So it requires high quality construction and high accuracy levels.
