सिद्धटेक का सिद्धिविनायक मंदिर (Shri Siddhi Vinayak Ganapati Mandir) एक प्रसिद्ध हिंदू मंदिर है, जो ज्ञान के देव माने जाने वाले श्री गणेश को समर्पित है। यह मंदिर अष्टविनायक की सूची में शामिल है। महाराष्ट्र राज्य में गणेश जी के आठ सम्मानित मंदिरों की कड़ी है, उन्हीं में से एक है अहमदनगर जिले का अष्टविनायक मंदिर। यह अहमदनगर जिले के करजत क्षेत्र के सिद्ध टेक में भीमा नदी के उत्तरी तट पर स्थित है। सिद्ध टेक को मोर गांव के बाद अष्टविनायक मंदिरों में आने वाली सूची में दूसरे स्थान पर माना जाता है। हालांकि कुछ भक्त इसे मोरगांव और थूर के बाद तीसरे स्थान पर भी मानते हैं।

सूंड के आधार पर कहते हैं सिद्धिविनायक-

सिद्धटेक के गणेश मंदिर की प्रतिमा में उनकी सूंड  सीधे हाथ ओर मुड़ी हुई है। आमतौर पर गणेश जी की सूंड को बाई ओर बनाया जाता है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि सीधे हाथ पर सूंड वाले गणपति अत्यंत शक्तिशाली होते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें प्रसन्न करना उतना ही कठिन होता है। इस क्षेत्र में यह एकमात्र अष्टविनायक मंदिर है, जहां पर गणेश प्रतिमा की सूंड सीधे हाथ पर है। परंपरागत रूप से ऐसी प्रतिमा वाले गणेश को 'सिद्धि-विनायक' नाम दिया जाता है। यहां सिद्धि का अर्थ है 'उपलब्धि', 'सफलता' और अलौकिक शक्तियों का दाता। इस प्रकार मंदिर को जाग्रत क्षेत्र कहा जाता है, और यहां के देवता को अत्यधिक शक्तिशाली माना जाता है।

विष्णु जी को मिली थी सिद्धियां-

सिद्ध टेक में सिद्धिविनायक मंदिर बहुत ही सिद्ध स्थान के रूप में प्रतिष्ठित है। ऐसा माना जाता है यहां भगवान विष्णु ने सिद्धियां हासिल की थीं।मुद्गल पुराण में वर्णित है कि सृष्टि के आरंभ में जब विष्णु अपने योग निद्रा में थे, तब विष्णु की नाभि से एक कमल निकला। ब्रह्मांड के निर्माता ब्रह्मा इसी कमल से निकले हैं । जैसे ब्रह्मा ने ब्रह्मांड की रचना शुरू की, विष्णु के कान में गंदगी से दो राक्षस मधु और कटक प्रकट हुए। इन राक्षसों ने ब्रह्मा जी की प्रक्रिया में बाधा डालना शुरू कर दिया। फिर विष्णु जी ने मधु और कैटभ से युद्ध किया। विष्णु जी पूरे प्रयास के बाद भी दोनों राक्षसों का अंत नहीं कर सके तो वे शिवजी के शरण में गए। तब उन्होंने उत्तर दिया कि वे प्रथम पूज्य गणेश जी का आह्वान करना भूल गए हैं इसलिए असुरो को पराजित नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। इसके बाद भगवान विष्णु सिद्धटेक में तपस्या करने लगे और 'ऊं श्री गणेशाय नमः' मंत्र का जाप कर उन्होंने गणपति को प्रसन्न किया । गणेश जी के आशीर्वाद से मिली सिद्धियों से विष्णु जी ने दोनों दानवों का संहार कर दिया।

मंदिर

सिद्धिविनायक मंदिर एक पहाड़ की चोटी पर बना हुआ है, जिसका मुख्य द्वार उत्तर दिशा की ओर है। मंदिर की परिक्रमा के लिए पहाड़ी की यात्रा करनी होती है। अहिल्याबाई होल्कर ने इस सिद्धिविनायक मंदिर के गर्भगृह का निर्माण कराया, जिसे पेशवा काल में महत्व मिला।परमेश्वर का सिर पीतल का बना है और उनका सिंहासन पत्थर का है।मंदिर में सिद्धिविनायक की मूर्ति स्वयंभू है, और तीन फीट ऊंची और ढाई फीट चौड़ी है। मूर्ति का मुख उत्तर दिशा की ओर है। यह सबसे पुराने मंदिरों में से एक है।

On the basis of trunk it is said that Siddhivinayak-

In the idol of Ganesh temple of Siddhatek, his trunk is bent towards the right hand. Usually the trunk of Ganesh ji is made on the left side. It is believed that Ganapati with trunk on the right hand is extremely powerful, but it is equally difficult to please him. This is the only Ashtavinayak temple in this area, where the trunk of the Ganesha idol is on the right hand. Traditionally, Ganesh with such an idol is given the name 'Siddhi-Vinayaka'. Here Siddhi means 'achievement', 'success' and the giver of supernatural powers. Thus the temple is called the Jagrat Kshetra, and the deity here is considered to be extremely powerful.

Vishnu ji had got siddhis-

Siddhivinayak Temple in Siddha Tek is revered as a very Siddha place. It is believed that Lord Vishnu had achieved siddhis here. It is mentioned in the Mudgal Purana that at the beginning of creation, when Vishnu was in his yoga nidra, a lotus emerged from the navel of Vishnu. Brahma, the creator of the universe, has emerged from this lotus. As Brahma began the creation of the universe, two demons Madhu and Kataka appeared from the dirt in Vishnu's ear. These demons started obstructing the process of Brahma ji. Then Vishnu fought with Madhu and Kaitabh. Vishnu ji could not put an end to both the demons even after all the efforts, so he went to the shelter of Shiva. Then he replied that he had forgotten to invoke the first Pujya Ganesh ji, so he was not able to defeat the Asuras. After this Lord Vishnu started doing penance in Siddhatek and by chanting the mantra 'Om Shri Ganeshaya Namah', he pleased Ganapati. With the blessings of Ganesha, Vishnu killed both the demons.

Ahilyabai Holkar built the sanctum sanctorum of this Siddhivinayak temple, which gained importance during the Peshwa period. The head of the Lord is made of brass and His throne is of stone. The idol of Siddhivinayak in the temple is Swayambhu, and is three feet high and two and a half feet wide. . The idol is facing north direction. It is one of the oldest temples.
