दुनिया के सबसे गरीब राष्ट्रपति (Poorest President Of The World)

ये दुनिया के सबसे गरीब और विनम्र उराग्वे के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति "जोस मुजीका" थे। उनके बारे में किसी अखबार में पढ़ रही थी। जितना पढ़ती गई मेरी दिलचस्पी उतनी उनके व्यक्तित्व को जानने की बढ़ती गई। आइए जानते है इनके बारे में -

"जोस मुजीका" की जिंदादिली की एक मिसाल मशहूर है। वो कहते थे, “मैं सबसे गरीब राष्ट्रपति कहलाता हूं, लेकिन मैं समझता हूं कि मैं गरीब नहीं हूं। गरीब तो वो होते हैं जो अपना पूरा जीवन खर्चीली जीवशैली के लिए काम करने में बिता देते हैं और अधिक से अधिक कमाने की इच्छा रखते हैं।" 

जोस मुजीका 2009 में उरूग्वे के राष्ट्रपति चुने गए थे। लेकिन उन्हें देखकर किसी को भी विश्वास नहीं होता था। उन्हें गरीब राष्ट्रपति के बजाए साधारण कहलाना ज्यादा पसंद था। वो तेरह साल जेल में बिता चुके हैं। वह एक गरीब किसान की तरह अपना जीवन जीते थे, जो किसी भी राष्ट्र प्रमुख के लिए लगभग असंभव है। सीधी भाषा में कहा जाए तो वह कम सुविधाओं के साथ रहते हैं, कुएं से पानी निकाल कर घर का काम करते हैं। मुजीका जब राष्ट्रपति थे तो लिहाजा सुरक्षा के नाम पर उन्होंने दो पुलिस अधिकारीयों को रखा था। उनके पास 90 के दशक की एक छोटी फोक्सवैगन बीटल कार है। जिससे वो राष्ट्रपति कार्यालय जाते थे।

वो कहते हैं "मुमकिन है कि मैं पागल और संकी हूं लेकिन ये तो अपने अपने खयाल है।" 

फार्म हाउस में पुरानी सी कुर्सी पर बैठे जोस कहते हैं, “मेरे पास जो भी है मैं उसमें जीवन गुजार सकता हूं.”

ऐसा नहीं है कि उरुग्वे में राष्ट्रपति को सुविधाओं के नाम पर कुछ दिया नहीं जाता बल्कि, जोस खुद अपनी मर्ज़ी से इस तरह से रहते थे। उन्होंने, उरुग्वे की तरफ से दिए गए आलीशान घर को नकार कर अपनी पत्नी के छोटे से फार्म हाउस में रहना पसंद किया जो राजधानी मोनतेविडियो के पास है। जोस अपने फार्म हाउस में रहते हैं और फूलों की खेती करते हैं। जोस अपने तनख्वाह का 90 फीसद दान कर देते थे जो तकरीबन बारह हजार डॉलर के आस-पास है। वो अपने वेतन से 775 डॉलर उरुग्वे के गरीब और छोटे उद्दमियों को दान कर देते थे।

जोस ने साल 2015 में यह राष्ट्रपति पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया था। जहां उन्होंने कहा था कि वह अपने तीन पैर वाले दोस्त मैनुअल (पालतू कुत्ता) और चार पैर वाली बीटल (उनकी कार) के साथ समय बिताना चाहते हैं, जिसके बाद उन्होंने उरुग्वे की संसद को अपना इस्तीफा दे दिया। बताया जाता है रिटायरमेंट के बाद उन्होंने सरकारी पेंशन लेने से मना कर दिया था। जिसके बाद वह एक साधारण जीवन जीते हैं।

हालांकि इन सबके बावजूद जोस की आलोचना भी जमकर होती थी। खासतौर से उरुग्वे का विपक्षी दल ये मानता है कि हालिया वर्षों में देश के आर्थिक हालात खराब हुई थी।

ऐसे नेता और उद्योगपति के बारे में मेरा नजरिया सकारात्मक हो गया है, जिनमें सादगी और दान देने का इतना बड़ा दिल है। जोश मुजीका की जिंदगी से सीख लेने की जरूरत शायद उस समय ज्यादा पड़े जब चंद पैसों में ईमान खरीदने की कोशिश बहुत सारे लोग करने लगते हैं।

Poorest President Of The World

He was the world's poorest and humble former President of Uruguay, "Jose Mujica".  Was reading about them in a newspaper.  The more I read, the more I became interested in knowing his personality.  Let's know about them -

 An example of his vivacity is famous.  He used to say, "I am called the poorest president, but I understand that I am not poor.  The poor are those who spend their entire lives working for expensive living and wish to earn more. "

 Jose Mujica was elected President of Uruguay in 2009.  But no one believed in seeing them.  He preferred to be called a commoner rather than a poor president.  He has spent thirteen years in prison.  He lived his life like a poor farmer, which is almost impossible for any head of state.  In simple language, they live with less facilities, drain water from wells and do household work.  When Mujika was president, he named two police officers in the name of security.  He owns a small 90s Volkswagen Beetle car.  With which he used to go to the President's office.

 He says "It is possible that I am crazy and narrow but this is my own idea."

 Sitting on the old chair in the farm house, Jose says, "I can spend my life in whatever I have."

 It is not that the President is not given anything in Uruguay in the name of facilities, rather, Jose himself lived this way at his own will.  He chose to stay in his wife's small farm house near the capital of Montavideo, rejecting the luxurious house given by Uruguay.  Jose lives in his farm house and cultivates flowers.  Jose used to donate 90 percent of his salary, which is around twelve thousand dollars.  He used to donate $ 775 from his salary to the poor and small entrepreneurs of Uruguay.

 Jose resigned from the presidency in 2015.  Where he said he wanted to spend time with his three-legged friend Manuel (pet dog) and four-legged Beetle (his car), after which he submitted his resignation to the Parliament of Uruguay.  He is said to have refused to take a government pension after retirement.  After which he leads a simple life.

 However, despite all this, Jose's criticism was fierce.  Especially Uruguay's opposition party believes that in recent years the country's economic situation had deteriorated.

 I have a positive view of such a leader and industrialist, who has such a great heart for simplicity and charity.  The need to learn from Josh Mujika's life may be more when a lot of people start trying to buy faith in a small amount of money.
